John F. Kennedy was President of the United States for less than three years, but his legacy lives on to this day. To some, they remember an ambitious kid form Boston. To some, a handsome and charismatic young man. And for others, he was simply the leader for the 60’s.
100 years after his birth, Americans all across the country remember JFK in different ways. The appeal for a leader we want to rally behind, admire, and remember like JFK is alive now more than ever. Of all the Presidents that followed Kennedy, perhaps none are remembered as fondly as he is.
JFK was not a perfect President, but a good man. Like his country, flawed, but pure in heart. And perhaps that is why, no matter how he is remembered, his legacy lives on.
